I've never heard of Master Resell Rights (MRR). What is it?
It's a license that grants the holder the authority to sell a product and pass on the resell rights to others.
Digital Wealth Academy (DWA) is a product with MRR, allowing you the rights to sell the course to others for 100% profit!
This means that if you decide to resell DWA, you've made your investment back after just one sale!
The DWA course with MRR sounds too good to be true, is it legal?
I know right, I thought the same too when I first came across this opportunity, but I can definitely say that it's 100% legal, it's not a scam, and ordinary people like you and me are making money by selling the course.
I have a copy of the Terms and Conditions for DWA which outlines Master Resell Rights. If you want one, just email me at the address below and I'll get it over to you.

What are Private Label Rights (PLR)?
Private Label Rights give you the ability to take a digital product created by someone else and rebrand it as your own. You can edit and customise it, making it unique to your brand, saving you so much time because you don't have to start from scratch.
Currently the course has 7 digital products with PLR which you can rebrand as your own (I say currently because the founders keep adding new content and resources, and because you have lifetime access, you get them too!).
Here are the list of PLR products:
- The digital wealth guide
- The ultimate reels guide
- The social media planner
- The faceless reels guide
- The digital playbook
- Faceless Tiktok marketing
- Selling on stories
How quickly can I get my business up and running?
The course has 22 hours of content, but you can start selling before you complete all of the modules provided that these 3 things are set up - your digital products, your store and your chosen social media platform to promote on.
However my recommendation would be to watch all the modules because it contains so many practical strategies on how to create content that converts into sales, and how to set up systems so that you're selling on autopilot.
Personally, it took me about a week working at it full time from start to launch (I did not create my own product), and that included watching all the modules, setting up my sales page and automations, deciding on my IG strategy and filming the first week's content.
What other start-up costs do I need to consider when setting up my business?
From my experience, apart from the cost of this course (which you only need to pay once), I've only had to pay a monthly subscription to use Samcart which is the platform I use to take payments from customers. I'm on their 'grow' subscription which costs $159 USD per month, which is on the more expensive side, but I've found the platform super easy to use and they have features which will allow me to scale my business the way I want in the future. If you want a 30-day free trial with them let me know and I'll send you a link (I do not get paid if you decide to go with them btw, just paying it forward because I've received so much from others on this journey).
Anyway, went on a bit of a tangent there, but also know that there are other options for you, for example StanStore and Systeme.io, which you will be shown how to set up. There are heaps of people in the course that use StanStore, and they are currently offering a 14-day free trial with services starting at $29 USD a month.
I also didn't have to pay for an Australian Business Number (ABN) because I registered for one years ago. From memory it was only $100-$200 AUD to get. Where ever you live though, consider whether you need to register as a sole trader or business.
My ongoing costs include subscriptions to Manychat (for automated replies on Instagram) and Proof (an application which helps with sales conversion) which are $15 and $79 USD a month respectively.
Other ongoing costs you could consider include paying for ads, subscription to content banks for pre-made reels and videos, and accounting software. But all of these are optional and not required when you start out.
Do I need a large social media following to make money?
Absolutely not, and proof is in the above testimonials of others in the DWA community who have gone through the course and implemented what they have learnt.
The key to making sales (even with a small following) is building trust with your audience and creating content that converts, both of which the course teaches you how to do!
Do I have to sell DWA?
No. Only if you want to.
DWA teaches you how to create your own digital product, set up the systems to sell it, how to master social media marketing, and how to run your business on autopilot. It doesn't matter whether you're a beginner to online business, or you're already a business owner, you will get so much value just by doing the course and implementing what it teaches.
However if you do decide to sell DWA, below is what you'll earn after a certain level of sales, and remember that you get to keep 100% of the profit!
2 sales = $994
5 sales = $2,485
10 sales = $4,970
20 sales = $9,940
When can I start reselling the course?
If you bought the course on a payment plan, you need to pay it in full before you can start reselling the course.
If you'd like to finish your payment plan earlier than the scheduled due date, email me as I'll be able to help with that (digital.withjoyce@gmail.com).
There are no restrictions if you paid it all upfront - you can resell it straight away.
However, irrespective of whether you bought it on a payment plan or not, you still get access to the course after purchase. You just won't be able to start reselling it until the entire $497 amount is paid.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Unfortunately not.
Given its digital nature, and that you can get immediate access to the course upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds so make sure you're all in before purchasing!
Where can I go if I need support?
When you buy DWA, you get lifetime access to a community of like-minded entrepreneurs for support, encouragement and inspiration.
If you need 1:1 support for specific things, you can ask your questions in a dedicated support chat group, or you can reach out to me as I'd be happy to help!
